• Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, all sales are final and custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

• I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of my control. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
